Summer Camps 2025
There's no better place to be on a hot summer day than on the water enjoying the South Saskatchewan River.
Come enjoy the week with our canoe kids certified counselors. Learn the basics of kayaking in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. No previous paddling experience is necessary. Enjoy fun activities off the water as well, including team games, sandcastle competitions, and trips to local amenities including Riversdale pool.

Time: from 9 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday (except for 4-day camps on long weekends).
Location: Victoria Park Boathouse, on the east (river facing) side of the building
What: On-water canoe/kayaking and dry-land activities
Clothing: come in sport-type clothing (swim-suits, spandex, etc.), have running shoes and sandals, and bring a change of clothes!
Sunglasses, hats, sunscreen, a towel, and insect repellant are also highly recommended
Food: pack a lunch*, snacks, and a water bottle
*Fridays include a hot dog lunch. Special dietary accommodations can be made. Still bring snacks.
Drop-off/Pick-up: SRCC reserves the right to charge late fees of $20 to any parent who is unable to make it to pick up before 4:10 pm.
Early & Late pick-up programs are available on our registration page for those who anticipate being unable to make it on time.
Before care: 8:30 am - 9:00 am
After care: 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Discounts:
Day campers registered in more than one camp will receive a 10% discount on each additional 2025 camp, provided it's for the same camper.
A 10% discount will also be provided to siblings entering into the same camp. The discount is applied to the second sibling and any subsequent sibling as well.
Registrants are asked to email the registrar to receive their discount codes or for more information about discounts
